Return and Exchange Policy
This Return and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) is issued by STLSTORE, acting as an intermediary for the company 3D Touch. All processes related to returns and exchanges will be carried out directly by 3D Touch, under STLSTORE’s supervision and in compliance with applicable laws.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (“CDC”), consumers who purchase products outside a commercial establishment have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven (7) calendar days of its conclusion.
Requests for withdrawal will only be accepted if submitted through the Customer Service Center within seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of the product.
For a product to be accepted for return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- It must show no signs of use or tampering with the manufacturer’s original seal;
- It must be accompanied by the invoice;
- It must include all manuals and accessories originally sent.
The right of withdrawal results in the cancellation of the purchase. Although the consumer is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, the supplier has the right to receive the product in perfect condition, fit for resale. Any evidence of use, damage, or tampering with the product, its components, or packaging will invalidate the right of withdrawal.
Authorization and Process
Prior authorization is mandatory for any exchange or refund. Products returned without authorization or outside the stipulated timeframe will not be covered by this Policy and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
To initiate the process, please contact our Customer Service Center. After submitting the request, a representative will contact you to provide the necessary instructions.
3D Touch will designate a logistics partner to collect the product at the original delivery address. If collection is not feasible, a postal code will be issued for the customer to send the product within fourteen (14) days.
Refunds for returns will be processed as described in the “Refunds” section below. STLSTORE will cover the return shipping costs within the stipulated period. However, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Important Notice
Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the rejection of the return or cancellation of the withdrawal request. In such cases, the product will be returned to the delivery address along with a report explaining the reasons for the rejection, and no refund will be issued.
Damaged Products
If any irregularities, such as physical damage to the product or tampering with the packaging, are found upon delivery, refuse to accept the product and immediately contact our Customer Service Center.
If the product is accepted and the damage is noticed later, follow the withdrawal procedure described above, respecting the seven (7) calendar days from receipt.
Defective Products
For defects identified within ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of the product, exchanges or returns will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the CDC.
If the repair is not completed within thirty (30) days, the customer may choose one of the following options:
- Replacement with an identical product or, if unavailable, a similar product or credit for use on the STLSTORE website;
- Full refund of the amounts paid, as described in the “Refunds” section; or
- Proportional price reduction.
If it is determined from the outset that the product cannot be repaired, the customer may choose one of the above alternatives as soon as the product is returned and the defect is confirmed.

Clause on Misuse and Sharing of STL Files
Sharing, distributing, or reselling STL files purchased or made available through STLSTORE without prior authorization constitutes a serious violation of the platform’s terms of use.
If sharing or distribution of STL files is detected, the user’s account will be immediately suspended with no possibility of reactivation or refund of any payments, regardless of the remaining subscription or purchase period.
Additionally, STLSTORE reserves the right to take legal action to protect its intellectual property rights and the interests of its partners. Such measures may include, but are not limited to:
- Legal actions for material and moral damages;
- Penalties under applicable copyright laws.
By using the platform and purchasing STL files, the user acknowledges and agrees to these conditions, under penalty of the sanctions described above.
Refunds
The amounts paid by the customer will be refunded according to the payment method used for the purchase, subject to the conditions described in this Policy.
- Credit Card Payments: The refund may appear on up to two (2) subsequent billing cycles, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
- Bank Slip or Online Debit Payments: Refunds will be made via bank transfer to an account in the customer’s name within a maximum of ten (10) business days. Refunds will not be issued to third parties.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and other applicable regulations. By making a purchase on STLSTORE, you declare that you have read and agree to the terms described herein.
