1. PURPOSE

This document governs:
The conditions of the Black Friday 2025 promotional campaign;

and the integrated Terms of Use of the STLFLIX, STL Academy, and STL-AI platforms, all operated by STLFLIX PRODUTOS DIGITAIS LTDA, headquartered in Joinville, Brazil.

2. INCLUDED PLANS AND PRODUCTS

During the Black Friday 2025 campaign, STLFLIX will offer the following products:

• Lifetime Plan – STLFLIX + STL Academy (Combo)

   

• Lifetime Plan – STL-AI (Artificial Intelligence)

   

• Complete Combo – STLFLIX + STL Academy + STL-AI

   

This campaign applies exclusively to international customers, with shipping costs charged separately on any physical products.

Partner bonuses, discounts, and vouchers (e.g., from 3D printer manufacturers, software suppliers, or independent creators) are the sole responsibility of each respective partner.
STLFLIX does not guarantee, mediate, or take responsibility for the delivery, validity, continuity, or quality of these partner benefits.
Failure or unavailability of partner bonuses does not constitute contractual breach or incomplete delivery of STLFLIX products.

2.1.1. Definition of Lifetime Plan

For the purposes of these Terms, the term “lifetime” refers to unrestricted access, without recurring charges, to the respective product or platform purchased — including all content, features, and updates published within that same product during the entire period in which the platform remains active and operational under STLFLIX management.

This access does not extend to new or separate products, platforms, or business divisions that may be created after the purchase, nor to any services or features that are not expressly included in the offer at the time of acquisition.

STLFLIX may, at its sole discretion, update, replace, or discontinue content, tools, or features with reasonable prior notice, without entitling the user to refunds or compensation.

Lifetime access does not automatically include future products, tools, platforms, live events, or features that may be created after purchase, nor items not expressly included in the offer.

Excluded from lifetime plans:

• One-on-one or group mentoring sessions;

   

• Live online or in-person events;

   

• Masterminds or real-time training sessions;

   

• Any product or service that involves direct interaction with STLFLIX instructors or representatives.

   

STL Academy: lifetime access covers all recorded courses available on the platform at the time of purchase and any future recorded courses released by STLFLIX, which may be updated or replaced without obligation of equivalence.

STL-AI: the lifetime plan includes continuous access to the platform and current tools. However, the generation of new 3D models depends on the use of credits, which are limited according to the plan purchased. Additional credits may be optionally purchased and are not included in the original plan price.

2.1.1.1. STL-AI Lifetime Plan Specifications

The STL-AI Lifetime Plan grants the user:

• Lifetime access to the platform, conditioned on its continued operation by STLFLIX;

   

• Unlimited use of tools that do not involve AI-based generation;

   

• 1,800 generation credits for creating new 3D models using AI;

   

• 135 retries, allowing the user to regenerate models if results are unsatisfactory, without consuming additional credits;

   

• Credits never expire and may be used at any time;

   

• Up to 50 saved 3D models per account;

   

• Commercial rights to sell physical prints of hybrid models created with STL-AI tools, subject to STLFLIX’s commercial-use policies;

   

• Option to purchase additional credits, in batches of at least 10 units, at US$0.25 per credit (or the equivalent in local currency);

   

• The price of additional credits may be adjusted by STLFLIX at any time due to inflation, currency fluctuations, or operational, technological, or tax-related cost variations, through a simple update of the current pricing table without prior individual notice.

   

3. CANCELLATION POLICY AND DIGITAL NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Customers have 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided no digital content has been accessed, downloaded, viewed, generated, or exported.
Once any content is used, viewed, or generated, the right of withdrawal is permanently forfeited.

STLFLIX, STL Academy, and STL-AI offer intangible digital products delivered immediately, meaning no refunds (full or partial) are available after use or access.

Installments, including through “Smart Installment” or similar plans, are merely a payment convenience and do not constitute recurring subscriptions.
Failure to pay any installment will result in immediate suspension of access and loss of lifetime plan rights, with no refunds for amounts already paid.

Once full payment is completed, the lifetime plan is considered fully settled, and access remains active for as long as the platform continues to operate.

4. BONUSES

4.1.

The STLFLIX Black Friday 2025 Campaign may include promotional bonuses or complementary benefits offered in addition to the primary products included in the package, as described in this clause and in STLFLIX’s official communications (“Bonuses”).

4.2.

Bonuses are accessory offers, not essential to the acquisition of the package, and may consist of discount coupons, temporary subscriptions, or tools from external partners and invited creators, made available under each provider’s own terms and conditions.

4.3.

Access to and use of the Bonuses may be subject to the terms of use, privacy policies, and eligibility criteria of each participating partner or creator. Users must redeem and register directly on each partner’s or creator’s platform, when applicable.

4.4.

The Bonuses offered in this campaign include:

(i) Bonus 1 – STLFLIX Partner Creators (Patreon Creators Program)

Exclusive bonuses provided by participating 3D creators from the STLFLIX community, consisting of 90% discount coupons for the first month of their commercial or merchant subscription plans on Patreon.

All creator coupons are valid until December 10th, 2025, and will be provided privately to eligible STLFLIX customers after purchase confirmation.

All creator offers are governed by Patreon’s commercial policies and by each creator’s own terms and support procedures.

(ii) Bonus 2 – Lychee

Provision of 30% discount coupons for the Lychee Library, valid for two (2) months from the date of issuance, under the conditions and redemption rules defined by Lychee.

Provision of 30% discount coupons for the HueForge Lifetime Professional plan, valid for two (2) months from the date of issuance, subject to HueForge’s own redemption procedures and terms.

(iv) Bonus 4 – Polymaker

Provision of USD 25 discount coupons for purchases of USD 100 or more, according to the following structure:

• 10 (ten) coupons of USD 25 for each customer purchasing the STLFLIX + STLACADEMY package;

   

• 10 (ten) coupons of USD 25 for each customer purchasing STL AI;

   

• 20 (twenty) coupons of USD 25 for each customer purchasing the STLFLIX + STLACADEMY + STL AI Combo.

   

All Polymaker coupons will be created and delivered at the start of the campaign, each remaining valid for two (2) months from the date of issuance, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

(v) Bonus 5 – Eldritch Foundry

Provision of 50% discount coupons for the Eldritch Unlimited annual license, valid for two (2) months from the date of issuance, subject to the redemption process and eligibility rules established by Eldritch Foundry.

4.5.

Bonuses may have specific redemption deadlines and validity periods, communicated in the promotional materials or in the purchase confirmation email.
Failure to redeem within the stated period will result in loss of the right to use the bonus, without entitlement to refund, compensation, or deduction from the package price.

4.6.

STLFLIX is not responsible for unavailability, modification, or discontinuation of bonuses provided by third parties but will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes to the originally offered conditions.

5. STLFLIX PLATFORM USE

STLFLIX is a digital content platform offering 3D models (STL files) for 3D printing.

Subscribers to any STLFLIX Lifetime Plan, or to any combo that includes STLFLIX, automatically receive a lifetime commercial license, allowing them to sell physical 3D prints of STLFLIX models created through their subscription.

STLFLIX may provide access to its models through direct file download, cloud storage, or any other technical method that ensures subscribers can view and print the models effectively. The delivery method may change over time as the platform evolves technologically.

Subscribers may:
• Download and print models;
• Use models for personal purposes or, if holding a commercial license, for selling physical prints.

It is strictly prohibited to:
• Share, redistribute, or sell STL files digitally;
• Publish STLFLIX models on third-party platforms or marketplaces;
• Use STLFLIX content in external courses, trainings, or resales.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal liability.

6. STL ACADEMY

STL Academy is an online learning platform offering recorded courses and training in 3D printing.
Courses may be updated or replaced without equivalence obligation.
Lifetime access guarantees continued use of the platform and all recorded courses available or released in the future.

It is prohibited to:

• Record, redistribute, or sell content;

   

• Share logins;

   

• Display content in external classes, workshops, or events without authorization.

   

7. STL-AI PLATFORM USE

STL-AI is a cloud-based platform for generating 3D models via Artificial Intelligence (SaaS).

Users agree to:

• Be fully responsible for the prompts and materials submitted;

   

• Avoid generating sexual, violent, or discriminatory content or any material infringing on third-party rights.

   

Violations may lead to account suspension.

Licensing and Commercial Use:

• Models generated entirely by user prompts may be used freely, including for commercial printing;

   

• Models incorporating pre-modeled STLFLIX assets are limited to personal use, unless the user holds a commercial license from STLFLIX or STL-AI;

   

• It is strictly forbidden to resell or redistribute any digital model files — including pre-existing models, modified versions, or files created or made available through STLFLIX, STL-AI, or any of their associated platforms — even if altered or combined with other elements.

   

8. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

STLFLIX does not guarantee financial outcomes, sales performance, or specific results from the use of its platforms or content.
Results depend solely on the user’s individual effort and context.

STLFLIX is not liable for:

• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss;

   

• Delays or limitations caused by third parties;

   

• Indirect damages or lost profits;

   

• Fulfillment of bonuses provided by third-party partners.

   

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

STLFLIX complies with applicable data protection laws, processing user data only for:

• Payment processing;

   

• Communication and support;

   

• Legal, fiscal, and contractual compliance.

   

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when legally required.

10. CAMPAIGN TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION

STLFLIX may terminate or modify the campaign early in cases of:

• Partner unavailability or changes;

   

• Force majeure or operational limitations.

   

All modifications will be announced on the official website without affecting benefits already guaranteed.

11. CONTENT UPDATES AND PLATFORM MAINTENANCE

STLFLIX may update, replace, or remove content without obligation of equivalence, preserving the educational and creative nature of its platforms.
Each plan is independent and does not entitle the user to automatic upgrades.

Maintenance and updates may cause temporary access interruptions.
If any platform is permanently discontinued, STLFLIX will guarantee access to equivalent content or download rights for available material.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, brands, logos, trade names, STL files, courses, videos, texts, and layouts are the exclusive property of STLFLIX DIGITAL PRODUCTS LLC.
Copying, redistributing, sublicensing, or modifying any material is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension and legal action under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

13. COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS

All official communications from STLFLIX will be made exclusively through the user’s registered email address or official company domains.
The user is responsible for keeping contact details updated and monitoring inbox and spam folders.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The parties agree to submit any disputes arising from these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Joinville, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other forum, however privileged it may be.
